THE IDEA:
The previous thermoformed compressor cover required multiple pieces and was expensive to manufacture and very time consuming to assemble.
THE PRODUCT:
TecRep designed a one piece cover that is molded using low pressure gas injection molding. The 6 ft x 4 ft. x 3 ft cover is molded from Polypropylene, weighs 62 lbs. and has resulted in a very significant cost savings.
