The most effective way to optimize a part's value is through good Product Design. Our Design Department uses Pro/ENGINEER 3D CAD software and has the experience necessary to design aesthetically pleasing parts that can be efficiently manufactured. Our design services are provided at no charge to our customers.

In this world of ever-shortening product development cycles, Rapid Prototyping has proven itself to be a necessary part of any product development effort. Not only does it give the development team a chance to insure the accuracy of the design, it also reduces overall costs by eliminating expensive hard tooling modifications. We offer a unique service with a unique "don't pay for it if you are not totally satisfied" guarantee.

With our extensive experience and broad base of ISO and QS certified Contract Manufacturing partners, we can recommend the process and material that will result in a part that is optimized for a particular application. In conjunction with our manufacturing partners, our Program Managers have helped many companies improve the quality and reduce the costs of individual parts and entire programs.

If cost is the overriding consideration in a sourcing decision we offer the option of Offshore Sourcing. The companies we represent are all ISO or QS certified and they can provide both tooling and custom components.
